I attended Usha’s Anatomy of the Mind workshop, and I can only say that it was absolutely amazing! This was an enlightening workshop for me, it opened my eyes to many things. Can’t wait to attend more sessions with Usha 🙂

I attended Usha’s Anatomy of the Mind workshop in March 2019, and I can only say that it was absolutely amazing!
I have read many books, listened to so many podcasts and attended a few sessions to help me understand how the mind works, but it was always somehow complicated and not easy to implement…
In this session we were given a very clear, straight to the point, framework to understanding how the mind works and how we can manage our thoughts, feelings, reactions…
This was an enlightening workshop for me, it opened my eyes to many things and made me look forward to applying what I learned…
Can’t wait to attend more sessions with Usha, her energy and the way of presenting and explaining content was simple fun and very very interesting!
