Mischkat’s Yoga programme is based on a 100-year old tradition, pioneered and taught by a renowned Yoga master called Krishnamacharya. It’s a highly personalized approach focused on helping the person use Pranayama and Yoga postures to release toxic content physically and emotionally using the breath.
Yoga means “integration of mind, body, and breath”… Pranayama is “Control of Breath”. Yoga postures & Pranayama subtle breathing techniques have been historically combined to achieve balance and health, both mental and physical over the millennia. Today, they remain one of the most effective tools to naturally address work-life caused imbalances and restore health, focus, and happiness.
At Mischkat, Yoga postures and pranayama practices are progressively intensified over the weeks and designed in such a way that it unifies the body, breath, and mind to establish harmony within and outside of employees.

Our corporate Yoga package offers weekly yoga sessions, combined with one-on-one appointments for employees to provide personalized feedback, and formulate a personal plan including diet and lifestyle guidance
- Group Yoga Sessions: Establishing Yoga as a regular physical wellness activity and stress management tool for employees and executives
- Personalized Sessions: Addressing employees’ specific challenge areas and helping them achieve maximum mental and physical health
To ensure each employee gets the necessary attention from the instructor during group sessions, a group may not have more than 10 people. If more people are interested, two or more groups can be created.
To help employees achieve sustainable physical and emotional results a minimum of 3-month engagement is recommended.
